Band: Radiohead

it's really sad there's no Radiohead thread here.  Anyway, just post here anything you want to say regarding this band.  I'm really not expecting a lot of replies because I noticed that not everyone appreciates Radiohead, and I don't get why.

yeah, not a lot get their music. their sound is kind of weird.  but doesn't Thom Yorke's voice make you wanna kill yourself?   his voice is just so, uhm.....haunting.

"The Drugs Don't Work" is actually a song by The Verve. (They're famous for having written "Bittersweet Symphony.") I didn't know there was a Radiohead cover! Searching for that RIGHT NOW, thank you!

But anyway, I think there USED to be a Radiohead thread, but they periodically clear out old threads so we keep having to start them again.

I adore Radiohead. I have for years. I have so much respect for this band because they have never compromised their artistic integrity, and they write some of the most beautiful lyrics ever. And as made obvious by the fact that "In Rainbows" was made available for download online FOR FREE, these guys are genuinely about the music and not about the money.

My favorite Radiohead songs are "Paranoid Android," "Idioteque," "Exit Music For A Film," "Street Spirit," "Fake Plastic Trees," "No Surprises," "Karma Police," and "All I Need."

I am, quite honestly, afraid of the day that Radiohead is classified under "classic." It makes me feel old when "Creep" is on classic rock playlists on TV.

Not really a big fan, but i have almost all of their songs in my ipod.my brother bought the cd The Best of Radiohead. i would recommend all you radiohead fans to buy because there's a story inside about each album they've made and about the band of course. really nice.

I love Radiohead a lot, Karma Police and Creep are my favorites.

Oooh, Radiohead  I have a lot of favorite Radiohead songs, but I think Idioteque is in a league all on it's own. I love how anyone can get a different understanding of it.

The rest are Karma Police, Creep, All I need, 15 Steps and Video Tape.

I get not liking ALL their stuff but I don't understand people who can't like a SINGLE song. They're pretty good.
I love a ton of their stuff. I love almost all the songs from OK Computer (especially Subterranean Homesick Alien and Paranoid Android)... and, of course, I love High and Dry.
