I think dapat it's DWH. Dickinson's Witch Hazel Toner. I swear by this toner too. Nabibili sa Healthy Options. 59 pesos for 59 ml, 233 pesos for 237 ml, yung biggest di ko alam. Color yellow yung label.

Hiyangan pa rin dito sa DWH Toner, pero ako, love ko ito.
