believe it or not, having nice teeth are important.. that's why there are people who are willing to invest so much just to have their teeth fixed. there are also a lot of dentists who pretend to be an orthodontist because there's a lot of money involved in braces. so you really have to be careful. braces CAN destroy your teeth/nerves when done in the wrong way. so if you want, go to a good orthodontist and ask if you really do need braces to make sure that you're not being cheated and so that your teeth will be in good hands and show off that closeup smile when your braces come off.
