^hahaha. ano ba? concised yung education system. ang bilis masyado ng lectures.
china-challenge... uhm, hello?haha. this course is challenging my entire sanity and patience - oh and also my brain capacity. yun, naman baka ma-discourage yung threadstarter from taking this course. haha
AHH OK. Hahahahah. Mali yung pagkabasa ko, my baddd. Akala ko china tapos challenge, and I was like, ano yun? Hahahah. Sabaw. And don't worry about it, you're not trying to discourage the threadstarter, you're just stating your experience. It's important rin na alam ng mga tao kung ano yung pinapasukan nila 'cause comsci's no walk in the park.
how about flow charting? meron din ba sa comsci? shocks! kinakabahan ako. i`m going to take this course in college kasi e.
Flowcharting... wala naman masyado. If you were referring to how you create the program flow, we just usually come up with pseudocode, which are kind of like steps. When you get to object-oriented programming though, you might be asked to make maps/diagrams, but don't worry about that muna, take it one step at a time. They'll teach you what you need to know, but as time passes they'll be requiring you to research by yourself/as a group. Sometimes I think that one of the goals of comsci is not to teach you all kinds of languages, but to teach you how to learn on your own, because when you're out of school and some new language gets developed, what you'll be relying on are the techniques you learned. It's ok to be nervous, sometimes (actually medyo all the time, hahahah) comsci gets hard, so just prepare yourself mentally. Before starting my first year I was scared as hell din 'cause of all the feedback I got about the course, like mataas daw mortality rate, puyatan, etc. It's true, but you'll learn to adjust if it's what you really want.
