anyway, I haven't watched Milk yet. I don't know if Sean Penn deserves the award.

^ As per experts, Brad's acting in Benjamin Button was mediocre daw kaya hindi talaga siya favorite to win the award. It was between Mickey Rourke and Sean Penn.

I've seen the first few minutes of Milk and I must say, impressed ako kay Sean. Grabe. Bading na bading yung acting niya but not the over-the-top type. But Mickey really did good daw in The Wrestler and had he not have negative publicity, baka daw siya ang nanalo.

I was just wondering ano ba ang basehan ng Oscars sa pagpili ng mga nominees? I mean.. there are tons of movies from last year, but what are their standards for choosing which will make it to their list?

I really loved Slumdog Millionaire. Good thing I watched it before the Oscars. haha, nakarelate ako.

Kudos to Hugh Jackman for hosting the show. He made me laugh. haha

Yeah, Sean Penn deserves the award. Sya or si Mickey Rourke. I've watched The Curious Case of Benjamin Button and I wasn't AT ALL impressed with Brad Pitt's acting. Too mediocre indeed.

Yung iba naman sinasabi na hindi naman daw acting ang ginawa ni Mickey Rourke since the movie was a lot like his life. But I was rooting for him (even if Sean Penn deserves it, too).

napanood ko din yung milk kaso hindi ko natapos kasi nakatulog ako. hahaha! pero ang galing ni sean penn dun. parang natural yung pagiging bading niya sa movie.

        ako din,mickey rourke,kaso sa dreams ko gusto ko talaga sana si richard jenkins,hehe.pero alam naman ng lahat na between rourke and penn lang ang actor race. natatawa lang ako kasi diba rourke and penn are good friends,tapos once,rourke said penn was a hypocrite because he was one of the most homophobic people he knows.lol.i guess we never know,siguro penn changed.medyo ayoko lang yung acceptance speech ni penn,too off-putting and bossy.
        naaawa lang ako kay rourke kasi feeling ko di na siya makakakuha ng ganitong opportunity ulit,and i feel he really deserved it.
