Saan nakakabili nung lens ng camera na may effects like lomo-ish, and the like? 

I've here Sony Cybershot.

Hmm. Alam ko mahal daw eh, around 20k ata ang lens  Aww.

Maganda naman sya, kaya lang gusto ko ung may effects na ganun  Para kyut. Yun tipong pag nagpapic ka, sayo tlga naka-focus, tapos ung background mo naka softened or naka blur.  Kyuuti.

Though, puede naman i-edit nlng sa photoshop.

You can always buy a lomo camera if you'd like to have the REAL lomo look. But if not, dami naman tutorials diyan on how to transform your digital image to look like a "lomograph".

I've always loved Sony Cybershot, but lately I found this Olympus 8.0 megapixel camera na shock proof and water-proof and I'm totally smitten by it. Haha.

as far as i know, only dslr cameras can achieve the lomo effect you want. you'll need a camera wherein you can change the color balance, and only dslr cams have that capacity. however, you can always buy lomo cameras that are cheaper than dslr cameras. lomo cams cost around 5000-10000php and use film rolls so you'll need to take your shots to a film developer.
