Im taking it twice a day with fren c sensitive kasi tummy ko sa acidity. Okay naman effect. Sometimes I pair it with gse.

Your taking gluta 1cap aday lang? Effective pa rin ba?

by 2nd month nag 2caps/day ko but i experienced heartbun so 1cap/day na lng ako ngayon..

effective sana syang gluta tlgang pumuti ako in just 2months noticeable na tlga kaso 2months onwards nagka breakouts ako at yung butlig2x na parang bungang araw sa face..nung stop ko nag stop na din yung pimples ko..pimple scars nman hayyz sayang di ako humiyang...
