The special effects was amazing! Keen attention to detail. My eyes are all round and shiny with all the 3D goodness. The knitting/sewing at the start of the film BLEW my mind. The music suits the movie well. It has that creepy Tim Burton feel (though Tim Burton didn't have anything to do with the film, did he?)

i've read the book, it was pretty good. though there were some uh, parts that i found weird, i liked it. so i'll probably watch this movie. and Dakota Fanning! i like her.

Ok. My previous post thought this movie's cute. I was wrong.

But it was good! Really really good. Weird, yes. But I like how Coraline herself amuses me a lot. I'm definitely watching this again. Not with my 5-year-old niece though. She'll be freaked out sure-enough.

This was good ! Animation and plot's good ! Creepy and scary though... a good lesson for kids to NEVER wish they had different parents.
