Movie: Coraline

Coraline is the movie adaptation of a Neil Gaiman best selling novel.

Plot:

The film is about a young girl, Coraline played by Dakota Fanning, who unlocks a mysterious door in her new home and enters into a parallel reality, a fantastical and thrilling imitation of her own dull life. In this world, Coraline finds a new version of her real mother (Teri Hatcher) and father (John Hodgman), her off-kilter neighbors, Miss Forcible (Dawn French), Miss Spink (Jennifer Saunders) and Mr. Bobinsky (Ian MacShane), and the Cat (Keith David). The only difference is that they all possess big, black buttons for eyes (All except for the Cat). However, this other world soon begins to unravel and she, along with her parents, become prisoners to her Other Mother and must count on her resourcefulness, determination, and bravery to get back home.

even if it doesnt look like what i had in mind.. i think it looks real cute my sister and i have been looking forward to watching this movie for a couple of years now. altho were kindov irked that dakota fanning is voicing for coraline hahaha

I really want to see this movie too. I've read the first parts of the book and I really thought it was great how descriptive it is. Talagang sa isip ko pa lang naiimagine ko na. I want to see how the whole movie will turn out. Haha.

     stop motion animation,like "the nightmare before christmas" kasi same silang director,pero coraline was shot in 3d,so swerte yung may access sa IMAX theaters...i read sa reviews,one critic said that coraline could pretty much be the best 3d movie ever made....i hate being in ilo2x.

I really can't wait for it to come out. I'm planning on watching it on iMAX.

I want to watch this in 3D. When is this showing in the IMAX theater in MOA?
