pagnaliligo-i used cyleina soaps basta 3 soaps ako pag na ligo tas peeling soap sa face neck and UA from hbc.

-salt scrub twice a week

-lotion bodysense purewhite morning,while sa night a bonne lotion tas pinapatungan ng pervil lotion or arbutin lotion

-sa face pag night:toner glutathione ng hbc tas grapeseed oil muna sa face,neck and UA after 10min put ill put st.ives eye cucumber tas sa UA pervil tas sa face bleaching cream pati na sa singit,or minsa kojic cream.

-sa face pag morning:toner glutathione,tas age defense ng ponds tas powder.hehehe


ill drink din sa
AM:KB and b complex tas fish oil
PM:alive multivitamins tas fish oil

sa face ponds flawless white, nuderm toner, mama lotion, myra e moisturizer.
nivea sun pag lalabas lang ako

sa body kojic acid soap then dove, nivea whitening lotion.
twice a week scrub (oil, calamansi and brown sugar)
 
saluta glutathione iv once a week
old purewhite shiseido 6 tabs/ day
gse 150mg once a day

OT :looking for a good sunblock. anong maiiaadvise niyo?
parang type ko kasi yung Hawaiian Tropic or Beach hut , dko ma identify eh. kasi same color sila.. basta amoy coconut

OT : Sissies, which is better. NIVEA? HAWAIAN TROPIC or BEACH HUT sunblock?

Body- Gluta soap & kojic din minsan
i scrub 3x a week with abonne spa salt

vitamins/supplements:
AM- stresstabs, myra 400 1u(evry other day)& vit c 500mg ( madali kc ako dapuan ng colds)

PM- Kb set lng.

so far, ok nmn yang regimen ko. maputi n ko but i want to get whiter pa ng konti. kaya lng grabe last holy week, umitim tlg ako kc galing kami puerto. 3 days s dagat!
But now after 5 days, medyo bumabalik n ulit skin color ko.

ung KB kkstart ko lng nyan kahapon. update ko kayo s result.
