Milcu ang nirecommend sakin ng doctor ko. I've been using this one for 4 years na. My UA became lighter without any effort, milcu lang talaga. Pero yes andun parin yung discoloration. Gusto ko sana magpa peel pero sabi nila you have to do laser hair removal habang nag pepeel kasi nakaka cause din ng pangingitim yung hair

Don't use rexona deos 'coz it can make your armpits even darker..

actually maganda talaga ang products ng nivea ahh..pero naubos na yung deo ko at di pa ko makabili ng bago sa sobrang busy kaya nagclamansi ako for more than 1 week at pumuti talaga sya, yun nga lang di ako araw-araw makapaglagay kasi nga nakakalimutan ko. .
parang mas ok talga yung calamansi yun nga lang magtitiis ka. .

Alum w/ water, ilagay sa bottle then shake parang toner.
Before i put deo, pinapahiran ko muna using cotton.
My deo is Block&White Fresh Bouquet, whitening sha.
Then i scrub it using yoko spa salt twice a week.

->try this one the bleaching cream is really good if di ganun kagrabe ung darkening, tnry ko un after ilang days parang libag lang ung nsa ua ko. tapos boom! basta gabi ko lang ina apply tas sa umaga tawas lang. after 2 weeks fair na sya, pero di ganun ka fair pero fair na din kse kontin nalang talaga at makakapagwagayway nako ng kamay!! ahahahahaha  konti nalang talaga. sabi kse 3 weeks to 8 weeks dw makikita ung result talaga ! eh ako 2 weeks palang nagamit. so excited nako.haha

Shaving may leave dark spots so it is not advisable.  It is advised to have diode laser hair removal so that the patient can avoid plucking, waxing and shaving after the treatment.  This way, it would be easier to lighten the skin either through bleaching, peeling or mesowhite.
