Oh yes, I see FLANNEL shirts (those plaid button up tops) on every teen these days.
It's kind of hard to see one who doesn't wear it. =p
I love it though, it's one of those looks I wanted to achieve when I was in 5th grade ever since I saw from a magazine how Katie Holmes pulled it (the outfit) off really well.

Oh gosh, this has been dead in North America for awhile. From what I've seen from style.com, feminine touches are back, and one-shouldered everything is here to stay.
