Plaid is currently hot right now, and I think it will remain hot for 2009.
Here's some stuff I saw in this fashion website:
- see-through and sheer fabrics
- fringed fabrics
- one-shouldered tops, dresses, etc.
- Grecian dresses
- 2009 motif: butterflies
- jewel-encrusted clothing trend
- Exposed stomach/midriff
- 2009 trend: fairy-tale romance
- ripped jeans
- boyfriend jeans

...which means skinny jeans (esp. colored ones!) are out, as well as those sickening, horrifying, SHUTTER SHADES! Ack.

Anything plaid are like so in now, and my friend told me that she read somewhere that boyfriend jeans will be in this 2009. Shutter shades? It's like so yesterdaaay! Though I was and still not interested in buying those. I though Gladiator sandals was the trend this year, not next year but those are really pretty and comfy. I have one

true. i think PLAID designed clothes are really in. nag sisimula na nga magsuot ang ibang teens eh. colored pants? ughh. so sick, grabe kahit san ako tumingin ngayon ang daming naka colored pants. lalo na sa daan, para na silang walking traffic lights.  hehe no offense (*meron din ako but it's purple).

good thing naman at in ang purple ngayon, favorite color ko sya eh. and wow, trend talaga ang gladiator sandals ngayon.  so hot.

I have to agree with the plaid tops...madami na nagsusuot so in time it will be out narin...but I really really like to think that wayfs are classics and will stay for good, hehehe!
