Mag outing kayo like sa pinaka maganda or sa pinaka malapit na beach..
Sa Batangas or Pagudpod. Para hindi naman usual.. 

O kaya kung hindi nyo trip yon, try nyo mag-Red Box sa greenbelt 3!! 
Meron nadin ata sa Trinoma if you like..
Singing to the max kayo, meron din mga rooms na  may billiard table..hehehe

If you're into silent weekend afternoons, call a friend (or go alone) and freeload in a Powerbooks branch. :] Then have coffee or tea and pasta/salad for share at a cafe.

If you want a fun night out, gather friends and go to Timog or Tomas Morato. :] Then crash someone's house to get some zzzzzs and breakfast.

Or be on the look out for various events held by organizations. Like recently, the Earth Day by the Haribon Foundation. Or the book market by the Instituto de Cervantes.
