Chicosci - I'm not saying this just because I love their vocalist, Miggy Chavez. I think this is one of the country's best bands because they wouldn't last 10 or more years in the music industry if they weren't good enough, right? Most people don't appreciate Chicosci's songs. I bet it's because of their genre. But IDC. Horns up, still fly, Chicosci vampires!

Urbandub - Their songs are in English so most Filipinos choose not to listen to them but I think this band's songs are awesome. I actually bought 2 of their albums and up to now, I still can't figure out how to de-LSS myself from their songs! They compose all their songs originally and have cool music videos. As public figures, I'd say Gab, John, Janjan and Lalay are the no-nonsense type of people who should be respected and looked up to by  the people. Yes, I like this band that much. Your argument is invalid.

Slapshock - Most adults (like my parents) discourage me from listening to this band's songs because they say it's "the devil's songs". Tss. C'mon, people! Just because the band's songs are of the hardcore genre, doesn't mean they're descendants of Satan! Jeez. What I like about Slapshock is their ability to still make sense despite all the screaming that goes on in their songs. They have radio-friendly songs too, JSYK. So yeah. Slapshock's definitely on my list of "Best Local Bands".
