Oh.. kasi cold drinks? Yeah, makes sense. I thought you were talking about the hot coffee. And as for lattes being too sweet, just let them know that they should go easy on the syrup. That's another thing I don't like about them... the amount of syrup that they usually put in their drinks masks the espresso so much that you can't taste it at all.

But I do LOVE their Espresso Truffle. I had it again today.

Recently I've been addicted to coffee again. Before my parents won't let me drink coffee daily because it won't be good in my system daw. Ngayon I'm addicted again, can't sleep without coffee.

Pero after nun hindi na talaga yun naulit.

ako siguro mga once a week na lang ako umiinom. Dati nung punong puno ng exams at projects halos araw araw na ako umiinom hehe. Umiiwas na rin asko sa coffee kasi masama siya sa katawan. Coffee causes release of calcium when we pee so our bones become brittle. Tatay ko kasi for 6 months 2x a day siya nagkakape after nun nagpacheck siya mas lumalala osteoporosis niya kape daw dahilan. Kaya hindi rin siya maganda for growing teens

Pero next term thesis ko na I doubt makakapigil din ako haha

Naaah. I only drink coffee when I have to be up until the wee hours of the night. Hindi kasi ako magaling sa puyatan eh, kaya kailangan ko ng tulong ng caffeine. Haha. :] Usually 'pag exam week, mga two cups a day. Pero kapag regular days, very rarely. Tapos kapag nagtitimpla pa ko ng kape, puro gatas. LOL.
