When I was still very young, I wanted to be a doctor. When I was in HS, I didn't want to be a doctor anymore. Gusto ko na maging CE. Then there was a point in my HS life when I wanted to be a psychologist. And just last year, before our 3rd year in high school ended, gusto ko narin maging lawyer
So I asked my classmates and friends kung ano ba mas bagay sa'kin, maging lawyer o maging engineer kasi I'm good at both English (kasali na dun yung vocabulary, public speaking, especially debate) and Math. I even asked one of our teachers that same question
I'm an incoming college frosh na and I'm gonna take up Legal Management as a preparatory for Law
You see, some people change preferences over the years. Madalas, dahil yun sa influence ng media o di kaya ng mga tao sa paligid nila like their friends, or their relatives who are successful in their careers. In my case, pabagu-bago lang talaga ako ng gusto. Nothing and nobody influenced me to change my preference. But ikaw, your strengths are exactly what you want so hindi siya mahirap. You can choose courses like MassCom, Journ, ComSci, ComEng, etc. And sabi mo you like MassCom, so you can go with that.
A lot of people are talking about practicality nowadays kasi nga, we need money for survival. But you know what, I remember hearing someone (I just forgot who it was) say "Choose the course you want and the one that will make you happy, not necessarily the one that will bring you a lot of money." Aanhin mo nga naman ang maraming pera kung di ka masaya sa ginagawa mo, right?

(But I'm not saying din naman na that person is right. We can never be sure of what the future has in store for us)
(Sorry ah, parang ang gulo ng mga sinasabi ko pero sana nakatulong ako
