  Sisses, avoid kasi constant use of loofah in the underarms.  Our armpits are very sensitive to friction and this was my biggest no-no in the past.  I thought scrubbing would help take out the dead skin, but what it did was made my underarms darker before.

My friend used the kate jones alternative whitening package with kojic soap, coco puro, regular whitening cream, etc. and she texted me just this morning how happy she is with the result.  She's just waiting for more improvement, I guess gusto niya yung tulad sakin.

You can make your own sugar wax. Maraming tutorials sa Youtube.

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup lemon juice / calamansi juice

Mix them well and heat it until it comes to a boil. Pag nagboil na, turn it to the lowest heat possible and let it cook for 5 minutes more. Then let it cool. Kuha ka sa spoon to test the wax tapos buhusan ng tap water. Pag yung consistency ay parang thick honey, it's ready to use. Pero try to test it first kung kakayanin ng skin. Try muna sa inner arm. Kung kaya na yung temperature, then pwede na. Tapos you can use old cotton shirts as waxing strips. Be sure that the skin is dry before applying wax. I put baby powder first to be sure. Pag maglalagay ng wax, dapat sa direction of hair growth. You can use popsicle sticks for this. Tapos ilagay na yung strip, press it firmly then pull it off on the opposite direction. Repeat the steps until all of the unwated hair is gone. Refrain from washing the freshly waxed area for 4 hours.

Sa ibang recipe kahit sugar, lemon juice/calamansi juice and water pwede na. But I did mine with honey.

i've tried IPL in Dermclinic at first akala ko wala lang but after 2-3weeks after the first treatment nawala yung hair tapos nung tumubo sa ibang parts lang tapos manipis na yung tubo
