I was thinking about putting this under the book worm section, but I thought it would be much more helpful here

.
Had you guys heard this book before? It's called "EAT RIGHT 4 YOUR (BLOOD) TYPE", and there's like a sequel to it "LIVE RIGHT 4 YOUR TYPE" both by Dr. Peter D'Adamo.
Fundamentally, it circles on the thought that every blood type is different thus need different things. For the diet, it encourages people to eat certain foods and avoid others based on their blood type -- A, B, AB, or O. It divides different kinds of foods into sections whether they are : to be highly beneficial, neutral or avoid. For the lifestyle, it gives advises on how differently we cope with stress, what type of exercise fits our type, and which illnesses we are more susceptible at.
It's quite difficult to follow the diet at first but you can get used to it. However, this theory still does not have enough scientific evidences to support it. I, on the other hand, am a type A and try to follow this book but I don't follow it religiously. Say, I just try to cut some meat from my diet, taking poultry if ever instead of pork for example. As well as for the lifestyle, it had exactly described me and my sister on how we do cope stress and etc.
Currently, I haven't lost a drastic amount of weight. But what I'm amazed at is how less I am stressed and how good I feel most of the time lately ever since this one. Just trying to inform those who haven't heard of this one before
