hehehehe i start sis ng hnngang 5 reps untl it became 10 and now 15 na hehehe tpos ng chachair push up dn aq 15 repetition den tas difff. triceps exercise...30 rep. tpos 2 set hehehe

Took this kaso need din talaga exercise which is wala akong time. Pero effective kasi it makes you sweat talaga. Right now I'm taking Carb trim sana Lean and Fab.

i don't know the brand pero the type of green tea is "sen cha". tea bag siya and green talaga siya pag ni-steep sa water unlike the other teas na brown. they say green color is better than brown colored tea. sa taiwan maraming tea pero loose leaves. you have to boil it pa at ang mahal kasi magandang klase talaga.

depende siguro kung anong klaseng tea ang gusto mo..if for better digestion ok na sa akin ang lipton after meals, pero kung pang lbm effect yung kankunis kaya lang nakakaloka naman sa umaga hehe..ang cosmobody naman best talaga before ka mag zumba or light weight lifting.
