does anyone heard about stress urinary incontinence??
does anyone experience having this kind of health problem???

well ung tipong biglang parang may konting lumabas na wiwi when you move esp when it is a week before ur menstrual period?

though i guess this is pscychological, you can control this.
do the kegel's exercise. it can strengthen your perineal muscles and stop you from having incontinence. you can do this by contracting and relaxing those muscles. you know, the muscles surrounding the v dwn there.

this never happened to me though. and i'm not looking forward.
