i saw the cast for lipgloss in youtube!
sila saab magalona, mikee lee, sam concepcion, fred payawan, etc.. ang new "gossip girl cast."
i don't think they can pull it off! they look too innocent to play the roles of serena, blair, chuck, and nate.

it's fine if gayahin nila yung mga korean shows, wag na yung American shows.
papangit tuloy yung mga magagandang shows if they wil make another Pinoy Version of it.

We posted reactions about this, and super react ang friends ni Saab. Well, we're not bashing the actors/actresses who are in the show. I just find it sooo.. blah.

If their close friend is not there, they would also be ranting by now. They should be objective naman.. As a GG fan, im really disappointed dahil sa show na ito. But we cant do anything about it. Nandyan na eh.

in fairness to lipgloss, magaling umarte si maxine eigenmann as abby aka local version ni blair waldorf. natatawa ako kay mikee lee as maui aka local version ni chuck bass.  so far, abby and maui's characters palang ang nagleave ng impact sa akin. yung ibang characters medyo bland and imo, hindi keri nila saab at rodjun ang local versions nila serena at nate

Well, sabi naman ni Saab (who plays Meg on Lipgloss) sa blog niya, magiiba din yung story. It's just that there's really a resemblance with GG on the first episode, pero they don't wish to call it the "Phil GG" 'cause they know na hindi naman nila mapapantayan ang standards ng GG (hello, NY!).

I find the show interesting, though.
Bet we better give them a chance since they only aired one episode pa lang.

Btw, I like Abby, too! She fits her role
