nice supplement na non- whitening, ( not sure if non whitening pero nakakaganda ng balat) yung vitamins for the hair skin and nails, not sure kung san nakakabili dito ng ganon but i bought mine sa glorietta, then nagpapauwi/padala nalang ako sa aunt ko from states, tapos combi ng kahit anong brand ng vit C, like rhea, minsan sinasabayan ko ng gloww..

^ ah talaga meron ba don sis? try ko nga, ang gamit ko is, nature's bounty ang brand, vitamin for the hair skin , nails. and yup, maganda sya sa balat, pinkish ang dating kasi pale talaga ako eh, kapag nauubusan naman ako non i take 24/7-natura mas mura kasi kahit once a day lang kasi tested ko na yun and it aids constipation (pansin ko kasi pag constipated, pangit din balat ko) , hindi pa naman ako palainom ng tubig  , saka ang linis sa pakiramdam at nakakawala ng mga acne even sa likod...

milkywei8: let me know sis kung natry mo na ung HSN ng healthy options and kung anong effect sayo.. bka un na lang din bilin ko next time. as of now, my supplements are tathion for whitening, vit.c, ALA, grapeseed all are anti-oxidants and to boost the effect of gluta, and zinc to keep my pimples and oiliness at bay..

sige sis uubusin ko tong natures bounty ko, try ko icompare kung ano ang pagkakaiba, zinc effective sa pimples? talaga? hmm san ka nakakabili sis?  and regarding tathion, since i havent tried this, di ba nakakapimples or nakaka gain ng weight?

^ yes, the best kind of zinc that helps to prevent pimples is zinc monomethionine but i think we don't have it here wala kc ko makita kahit saang store, sa online lang ebay and amazon. about tathion, to start with acne-prone talaga kc ko. every month i visit my derma for my treament and i have a lot of topical medications, so i can't tell kung nakakapimples sya or hindi. on weight gain issue of any gluta, i think it's just a superficial thinking. it depends naman on a person's diet.  ako kasi minsan malakas kumaen minsan naman hindi.

i might try zinc, pero dunno which brand to take eh, right now inuubos ko yung product na meron ako , i might try tathion,;)  bilis ba effect sis?

^  the popular brand for zinc monomethionine is Optizinc. about tathion,  i saw an effect after taking it for 2 months 3x a day but the result on me is quite yellowish, i only paired it up with vit.c at that time. ngayon try ko with ala and grapeseed to see if magiging glowing yung effect.

Where to buy optizinc? or zinc picolinate? we dont have healthy options here. available ba sa mercury, watsons, online?

Guys, have you you tried taking in Vigor-Ace? Sabi kasi pag nakakaexperience daw ng side effects sa Conzace, then ito yung best alternative. Same content din naiba lang yung amount. Tsaka may dagdag na vitamins.

Eto content ng Vigor-Ace: Lecithin soya 200 mg, selenium 50 mcg, vit A 7,500 iu, vit C 250 mg, vit E 100 iu, Zinc 20 mg

Conzace: Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A) -  5,000 IU
dL-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) - 100 IU
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - 500 mg
Zinc (as Sulfate)- 25 mg

Parang sobrang taas ng vitA sa Vigor ace diba?

I bought Ad-C Plus kahapon sa mercury. It's a mix of Vitamin C (500mg) and ZINC (15mg). Capsule form sya at P6.00 each. Today ko pa lang start na i-take. I'll post feedback after a week =)
