Supplements and Vitamins for the skin [Merged]

hi. I just wanted to ask what kind of supplements you are taking. I know many of you use gluta but what about the other stuff like vit c , gse, etc. thanks! may classmate kasi ako dati, morena siya pero sobrang kinis ng skin sa body. Yung tipong kahit malayo palang halata mo na.. kainggit eh. She told me before that she takes skin supplements daw. I didn't bother to ask her what kasi nahiya nako.. hehe TIA

hello gurl...uhmm...may alam akong supplement its called gloww...i dont know kung alam mo 2?..
gloww is a vitamin for skin actually it doesnt hve a whitening effect but it has 11 kinds of vit. that helps ur skin more healthy and bloom inside and out.when i 1st used it di ko lam kung ano ung mgging effect pro hbang gngmit ko sya uhmm.. ung ibang tao ung nkpansin..di ko m xplain pero gnun parang blooming..(feeling ko nga ang gnda ko nun eh..heheh) just kidding..i stop using nung nka 1 1/2 month nko kc bka di ko kynin ung maintenance, pro ngyon bnalik ko ult..heheh..cgro im getting used to it na kya prang nanibago ako nung di nko ngtatake...if u want da 1st 1 week mo twice a day mo

sis you can try conzace.. its available at mercury for 12+ each tab.. it contains of vit a, c, e and zinc.. a lot of teentalkers use it as suppplement for their skin

Pwede ba yun sis sa 16yrs. old? kasi gusto ko sana i-try kaya lang baka di safe like yung napanuod ko about glutathione.
