Kaya ko naman gawin 'to but I am triggered to eat more.  :-\ It's better to skip snacks and keep myself busy kaysa di ako kakain.  ;)

I think this is effective pero baka di ko kaya so brown rice na lang ako. hehehe

this is super effective. since december till now, i've already lose 15 lbs FOR GOOD :) occasionally, kumakain na ako ng rice pero control pa din talaga sa food intake :)

i have tried a no rice diet, completely. but not for the purpose of losing weight, I was praying for something, so I decided to fast for rice. :) But I ate pretty much all the carb that I want, just not rice. And it went on for 8 months. :)

5 flat height ko and im 120lbs huhu so fat :( nag start ako ng no rice last week mukhang okay naman kasi parang lumiit tummy ko kaso ang bagal huhu! ano pa bang pwedeng kainin sawa na ko sa fruits and veggies, natetempt na ko mag rice wahahah :(

konting tiis lang sis :) after a few weeks, masasanay ka ding walang rice :) ganyan din weight ko nung december and i'm just 5'1". give yourself 6 months and you'll love the results :)

Tried this before and I did lose some weight but then I notice that I'm beginning to look pale and I always feel tired even if the day just started  :'( so I went to see my doctor and he advised me that I should eat rice again and some of the food that I like but I just have to  exercise  regularly so I could burn the calories.

Same here hehe. Di ko kasi kaya ng walang rice kapag may pasok ako ng tanghali lalo akong tatamarin.

Okay naman siya basta make sure na may carbs ka pa rin sa diet, you can substitutes like potatoes, corn and others.

more than a year that i don't eat rice and i can eat anything i want without getting fat! i only eat rice when  i eat sushi. its more of a discipline and keep on eating light snacks.
