Me i seldom eat rice to maintain my figure. If i need carb i eat sandwiches  like the one served in sandwich guy they use wheat bread kasi. So far so good naman lalo na ngayon mag summer nanaman so no rice talaga.

yung normal na kinakain lang. just remove rice from your meal :) i'm so happy with the results. although hindi ako naglose ng weight pero from the time that i removed rice from my diet, parang umayos na metabolism ko :) before kasi hindi ko nafeefeel yung hunger. (which is bad because it means na mabagal yung pagtunaw ng food), but now, ok na ako :)

gawain ko toh before .. way back college , since lage ako late, di na ako nakakakain! ;D but since working na ako.. naloka loka ako nung tinry ko ulit,parang hindi kumpleto araw ko pag di ako nagkakanin..kailangan ko ng energy eh kaya kahit half rice lang basta may kanin.. nag gigym nalang ako to burn calories.. kaso malakas talaga appetite ko naturally  :P

gusto ko ulit sya itry.. siguro papalitan ko nalang ng wheat bread as substitute to rice  :D

Kamysta nmn mga diet niyo? ako medyo stopuna sa diet nag hk kasi ako ayun navra diet kaya kinondition ko muna stomach ko bago ulit ako mag diet. Namiss ko na nga tsg eh.

pwede din po meat pero as much as possible konti lang :) more on veggies, fish and fruits lang talaga :)

nagawa ko 'to halos 1 week din.. tapos after 6 hindi na ako kumakain.. pero parang wala naman nangyari..  :D malamang kasi sa merienda ako bumabawi ng kain.. haha.. puro unhealthy.. kaya siguro walang effect.. kailangan ko pa ng kunting disiplina..  :D

haha :) wala talagang effect pag 1 week lang :) try mo 2 months :) 1 kilo lang kasi nawala sa akin sa first month ko eh :) may mirienda na ako nun :) and less junk food lang ;)

wala talaga :)) hahaha :)) dapat tuloy tuloy. :D hmm... natry mo na mag-fruit diet in a week? ;) as in breakfast lunch and dinner, puro fruits lang? it's sort of crash diet pero you're eating healthy lang :)

Nung una mahirap panindigan 'to, pero nung nasanay ako, nagtuluy-tuloy na. Almost 4 weeks na akong hindi nagkakanin. Effective naman. Nung una rin dahil di pa ko sanay, medyo nahihilo. Pero ngayon, okay na. :)

me too! im on a rice diet now. if d ko mapigilan, half  cup lang!! hahahahaha!! pero i still do regular exercise.  summer is so near na! we have to achieve a perfect beach bod! hehehehe

This is what I am doing. Hihihi.  ;D I'm on a No Rice diet. Been doin' it for 2 weeks. Well, I, as well as "some" of my classmates, could see the effect of it. Pero 'di pa gan'ong kavisible. I do regular exercises for better results. Say ko: Ang hirap nya! :( But I know it'll be worth it once I get my goal.  :)
