Why do some guys whistle like "whitwhew" (woot woot) to girls passingby?

Oh, a hairball is something that a cat often coughs up after licking too much of itself, resulting in it's hairs being accumulated in it's mouth and eventually forming up a hairball. So, tell me, how would you answer my question?

And as for the whistle, I frankly don't have any idea but maybe it's because whoever invented it the first time made such an impression with the gesture and usually guarantees attention from the girls, regardless if it's a negative effect and since humans are lazy to think of another tune, they decided to stick with what's available. In addition to that, maybe the other whistle tunes are already assigned for different purposes like the whistle tune of KILL BILL. Right?

So, there...As for my stupid questions....

1. Why does the superheroes of the justice league have to wear their undies inside out when they can wear it like any other normal figure?

2. And why did the joker decided to use the name JOKER when he could like possibly use the following synonyms: Jester, Harlequinn and or better yet "The Entertainer"? Right?

3. PROBLEM SOLVING:

"A guy was so curious in how a cat coughs up hairballs and attempted to do it on his own. What do you think would be the best thing he could do to achieve this? And how long would you think this would take? And if he could manage to do so, how much hairballs could he cough within one hour? And what would be the implications of such acts?"

Me? Well, for one, I've been watching anime these last few days and I just had gotten a copy of the Code Geass second season and the 1 to 60 episodes of Fist of the North Star and it's OVA version. Hehe. So I am alive for the month of October and November but I'll probably ending up suffering a withdrawal syndrome since I have not bought any MTG card for myself, especially that the new set has just been released last saturday. Sad. T_T

As fo your stupid question, well, it's not actually stupid but then again, the most I could say is that he might be afraid to look awkward holding a horn in one hand while he's carrying the taho pole over his shoulders and furthermore, if he was to have a horn, and a customer approaches him, would it not be difficult for him to put down his load while holding the horn on the other hand? Unless he drops it, then I doubt that it would be convenient in his part to blow the horn or press it for that matter. Haha!
