yah.rice isn't part of their meal.once in our class,my Filipino classmate said "you'll know you're an American if you don't have rice for breakfast." then my prof said "you guys have rice for breakfast?" HECK YEAH!

Short term effect lang daw ang makukuha mo sa crash diet. Pero nabilib lang ako since hindi siya kumain ng rice for a year.
