How to do crunches ba? Does it looks like sit ups ba? I have a big tummy kasi ampf, and gusto ko sia lumiit, gusto ko sia i-flatten. Naiingget ako sa mga sexy girls na may flat tummy eh..

Sit up is whole way through - whole body mo is going up. While crunches is halfway lang, so parang once nagcontract na yung stomach baba na.

darn, i wanna try hoola hoops but i dont know how. does it really sculplt the tummy area???

yeah. im doing this almost everyday and i have that curve talaga because of hoola hoops. i can do 1000 counts but syempre may stop. ok siya nakakapawis and yung muscle sa tummy nagcoconstrict kasi you're controlling the hoola hoops. when i 1st bought it i can't even make a 10 ikot. but siyempre patience lang talaga... so better if you do it in front of the mirror mas nakakagana.

ako dis jan '08 i hav a 36'' tummy but i've taken sum super affordable tea and pills and it made wonders im now 31" going to 30" na.. great di ba?!

Siguro kasi hindi consistent yung exercise nila, or kung consistent man, hindi siguro sinasamahan ng diet, or pwede rin na hindi nila alam yung proper way ng pag-execute ng crunches or whatever.:) Effective siya basta you know what you're doing.:)

i beg to disagree... sit-ups/crunches really helps.. dati may mga baby fats ako then when i finally exercise those moves, super sexy na ng tummy ko... siguro it took me like 1-2 months bago ko na-achieve yung figure ko now... and maintenance na lang ginagawa ko... before kasi im doing like 100 sit-ups  a day then ngayon ok na ko sa 50...

wala lng i just share lng nmn po ung nakita ko sun sa isang website..

well.. un lng po.. sinabi ko not my opinion me too agrees that it helps po in burning fats.. ;)

Pilates Classes are a great help  ;D

I agree that crunches and situps work. But i think that you should take ab workouts instead since you are only focusing on your tummy.
If you have time, enroll in classes  :)
Its better that way because you get to try new things every session and you wont get bored of the same monotonous workout routine if you exercise on your own.   :)

^ I tried Hip Hop Abs this summer but I got tired of going to classes every afternoon, so bumuli nalang ng DVD. HAHA. Simple exercise.

Have you guys heard of Body Slender and Sauna Belt (in HSN)? Well, My sistr and I used both and it keeps us swimsuit ready for the Summer kahit chubby kami both. HAHA.

like situps sis but its just halfway. once you feel na naninigas na yung abdominal muscles mo baba ka na. pero pagbababa mo yung body mo mejo hanging para tuloy tuloy un contraction ng muscles.

with regards to sitpups and crunches na hindi daw effective its because before you do this meron ka dapat muna cardio exercise. like, jogging or dancing for a minimum of 15-30mins then do crunches to burn those unwanted fat pagnagcrunches ka.
