I don't think it's the alcohol.. It's beer that bloats your tummies and gives you the "beer belly".. It's because beer has wheat or something? Basta that's what makes you fat, not the alcohol talaga. Hard drinks won't bloat your tummies

I think it depends rin, cause I have a friend that did hula hoops before pero wala naman raw siyang nakikitang improvement, so she stopped.
before, i used to do sit ups everyday. ewan ko lang kung yun ang nakapayat sa akin.
ngayon tumataba ulit ako.
gusto ko sana gawin ulit yung sit-up pero may nabasa ako na nakakasama raw.

well pra sakin ahm...tingin ko nakakalaki ng tiyan ang paginom ng malamig na tubig.. ireally have a small tummy.. mga size 23.. pag nainom me tubig na malamig then matutulog.. kinabukasan laki ng tiyan ko.. un..
Cold water won't make your tummies bigger, water can't make you fat. If anything, cold water should even make you slimmer, cause once cold water gets in your body, your body burns more fat in making the cold water warm.

Yung iba maliit talaga yung tummy. Sobrang payat na but still, it doesn't look good. Know why? Kasi yung puson malaki. Ugh! I hate it. Ang laki kasi ng puson ko but I have a normal waistline for my height. :|
That's my problem too. But I've been doing crunches everyday so hopefully I'll flatten the "puson" and maybe even get abs

uhm.. crunches? better kung magcoconsult ka sa expert or magresearch muna before magdecide kung anong exercise ang gagawin mo kasi may mga exercise na masama sa ibang parte ng katawan.
