i have read na okay daw ito.. kasi daw lahat ng muscles mo mawowork out dito..as in whole body daw..

i have been trying it, okay naman cya.. kaso nga lang nakakapagod lang talaga.. and i enjoy it rin kasi..

ako nagjujump rope ako..i agree nakakapagod sya pero maraming benefits..it tones the whole body tapos sa 30 minutes of moderate jumping, nabuburn mong calories 249..

I'm not very good with jumping rope but I do jumping jacks (same idea). I can only do it for so long though. It is effective but if you're like me (I get headaches often), shaking myself up too much makes me feel faint. Know your body.

At first, it will feel weird and tiring... That's okay. But if you're like me and you start breaking out in cold sweat and start feeling faint, then stop. Look for a different kind of cardio instead. Also, if you have weak knees, try to make it a lower impact exercise by skipping instead of jumping.

effective sya. even only after a month of jumping, i losed as much as 4-5 kilos. (syempre kasama na yung change of eating habits dun). so when i got back in time for school, everyone really commented that i got slimmer daw.

dun ko lang talag napansin na parang mas lumiit yung legs ko and hindi malaki ung puson ko. it's an overall workout. legs, abs and arms.

i didn't force myself naman. cguro sa first week, i could only do 500 at most. and then tinataasan ko hanggang sa mga 15 minutes ako. 2x a day. nadevelop ung endurance at leg strength ko nun.

the workout helped me a lot in my game
i do it 1000 times a day and i never had problems dealing with the timing. it increases endurance and your jumping ability..i myself, honestly has a high vertical leap.. i am almost dominant in every basketball game i played..thanks to jumping rope, after 7 months of hardship training,,, i can finally dunk a baskebtall.. everyones just amazed how high i can fly....totoo nga ang kasabihang
