how could we join and be a part of candy council of cool? Me and my friend wants to join..but I don't know how. She just told me about it. could you please help us? thanks a lot!

Anyway, you could buy the April issue, and the advertisement is already posted there. If I'm not mistaken, sa page 51. Nakalagay na dun lahat-lahat nang kailangan gawin. :)
