Gusto ko sana mag-share ng exp. ko from taking diet pills and coffees.
Una ko na-try is yun'g Pearl White way back in HS. Oo effective siya pumayat ako pero sa tingin ko placebo effect lang yun kasi iniisip ko na nagttake ako ng pills kaya tubig na lang kakainin ko para more effective. But after naubos yun'g 2bottles tinigilan ko na pero tumakaw naman ako lalo pagkatapos. Then lately naisipan ko na mag-try ng slimming coffee. Nabili ko yung Fashion ba yun?? Para lang siya'ng 3-in-1 na medyo matabang. Tapos nag lose ako ng weight. Same thing happened nung tinigil ko na. Tumakaw ulit ako. Then after that tinry ko yung 7 Days Brazilian Coffee. Yun'g STRONG. Oo, pumayat nga ko kaso ang pangit ng lasa nun. Then of course nung tinigil ko nag gain ulit ako ng weight. Kaya I've learned my lesson na. Magkaroon na lang ng discipline sa pagkain. That's the best way. At ngayon, I go to the gym na lang since I work in a call center and we have a gym in the office kaya I make the best out of our opportunities. Hehehe..

Hello, Teen Talkers! Please help me. Kasi gusto ko talagang pumayat ever since highschool, lalo na yung kabarkada ko na mataba talaga dati ay pumayat ng sobra in just two months. Yeah, I envy her for being thin already. Whenever I ask her what's her secret, she'll just shrug it off and say, "Wala."

Ayun my weight is 143lbs (65kg) and my height is 5ft flat.
1st year college na nga ako eh. Ang aking goal ay maging 100lbs by the time I reach 18. Kaka-16 ko pa lang so may two years pa. Please help me.

If possible sana kung sino dito yung kasing katawan ko before na pumayat ay magreply naman to motivate me. Ano ba talaga yung effective diet plans? Yung kahit walang mga pills and teas eh pwedeng pumayat?

I DL this Jillian Michelle's (not sure sa spelling, basta yung sa Biggest Loser na fitness instructor) lose weight in 30 days. Level 1 is done for only 20 minutes. I've read a lot of feedbacks about it. :)

Hello ladies :)

I have been a candy girl since high school until now that I'm in college. I'm updated with every issue but i rarely visit my candymag.com account so pardon me, i'm ignorant in posting here in teentalk.

I have read the first page and just calculated my BMI. :) It says:

"Based on the height and weight entered, the BMI is 19.7 , placing the BMI-for-age at the 28th percentile for girls aged 17 years 10 months. This teen has a healthy weight. "

And I've also read that posts regarding slimming teas will be deleted.. But I hope I'll get an answer on my query.. You see, I'm happy and contented with my weight and my eating habits are maintained. But my problem is I have a bit sagging skin (esp my arms) since I bloated when I was 14 (im 17 and 1omonths now) and lost my weight over the years. I tried the gym before and I had progressing results in just 3 sessions! I wanna go back to the gym again to tone my skin but my problem is it's expensive since I'm studying in Cebu and gym prices back at home are affordable.

The nearest gym to my place where I stay in cebu is located in SM (it's the nearest, no exag..) and the price is so... [O_O] you get the idea.. Plus I have no time to go there since my classes everyday end late and travelling would be a real hassle on my part.. :(

But I really wanna lose the excess, you know, and fast.. 'cause I'll be a debutante in less than 2months and I wanna look good on my party. :) I'm planning to jog and brisk walking everyday and for the firming, part, I hope you could advice me which one is better? the Nivea Goodbye Cellulite or the Nivea My Silhouette? I also need moisturizing on my skin hence the choice of the lotion.. please please please I hope anyone could enlighten me.. O_O   I really wanna choose the appropriate product for firming w/ moisturizing to make me healthier-looking.I've already read the stuff about them now I'm just comparing... I'm just scared of buying the wrong one since both of them come in a not-so-affordable price. :) thank you so much for taking time. :)

try nio ung Aerokaebo.. ung full length workout tsaka yung hips buns and thighs ng hiphop abs..
pumayat ako dun eh.
naging firm ung katawan ko, mejo pa lang.
kasi tinigil ko eh.
ang sarap kasi kumain ngayong holidays haha
pero sa 2011 start na talaga ako.
kailangan ko kasing pumayat bago mag skulyear next year, para cute sa uniform haha at mawala na din tong pimples ko. nung mapayat kasi ako, nwala ung pimples ko,
here's what im planning to do:

eat oatmeal . kung kakayanin, un every meal instead of rice. since matagal na naman akong di nagkecrave ng rice. siguro minsan lang talaga ako nagririce puro lang papak (kaya ayun dahil sa pagpapak, tumaba haha).
drink green tea. before, i drink it before going to bed. kahit kelan naman ata okay lang haha
7 hours sleep. and bawas sa pagsstress sa mga bagay bagay!
drink lotsa water. no softdrinks , di din nmn ako masyadong mahilig sa softdrinks.
exercise! ay nako, since tambay naman ako ngayon, im gonna be devoted. magjojogging/run/walk na talaga ako everyday. pangarap ko din naman kasing magkaron ng sport. haha.

GIRLS! KAYA NATIN TO!
PM naman ako ng pwede kong maging textmate, la lang, to have a friend na nagddiet din, para mas maging motivated and to help each other :))

ung pagpapapayat
if you do it for vanity's sake or for anyone else, babalik din ung pagiging mataba mo.

isipin natin na para to sa sarili natin..
i always watch fashion tv tsaka america's next top model..

im not aiming for their super skinny bodies ha..
pero ung kapag iniimagine mo lang na ikaw ung nakakasuot ng mga ganung damit, ay nako! super motivating.

nako, wag niong gawing reason ung dahil gusto mong maging maganda sa paningin ng crush mo.. isipin mo ung para sa health mo to! it's for you!

im on this plan of beautifying myself kasi (hahahaha nakakatawa eh )
ayun nga, nung tumaba kasi ako ulit, dumami pimples ko..
parang medyo dry din ngaun skin ko, pati hair ko..
may eyebags din ako kakapuyat dahil sa school works kaya im gonna make the most out of my vacation since tambay ako ngaun dahil magttransfer ako next year haha.

tumaba din ako dahil fad diet ginawa ko dati. ambilis kong na gain ung weight. though di naman ako kasing taba nung bago talaga ako nagdiet. pero anlaki ko ulit ngaun.

dahil din ata sa stress sa school kasi ayoko ng course ko noon eh. tsaka im so immature dati, dinidibdib ko lahat haha.

TSAKA girls, kung gusto nio talaga pumayat, pag tiyagaan niyo. wag yung hahanap kau ng FASTEST WAY. kadalasan, ung fastest way, un ung dangerous way. like, dati kasi nagsslimming tea ako, naffeel ko ung sobrang sakit ng tiyan dti, ung parang binubutas ung tiyan. basta swear, di healthy ung mga slimming tea dyan. mag lipton green tea nlng kayo, at least di ba proven naman un na ndi un dangerous..

tsaka ngaun, kami ng ate ko nagtutulungan. laging nagpapaalala na "hey, di ba nagddiet ka, bawal yan!" hehe, ung ganun.
pero we dont deprive ourselves. dapat in moderation nga lang. :)

I'm 5'4, 62kg, need to loose atleast 12kg my pre-pregnancy weight is 47kg.

Now, i'm planning to try oatmeal diet (no rice), after 6, and water therapy plus exercise.
Sa fruits, banana lang at a cup of veggies a day, do u think its healthy?

if you really want to be slimmer and you are willing to spend some for it, i recommend lipocavitation.. my derma does this.. if you want to read more, search nyo sa facebook yung "my body salon", sa notes section.. naka1session na ko, 2inches na nawala, in just 20minutes yun ha!

nag jojoke ka naman eh. panu kame maniniwala, e taga MY BODY SALON ka nga.
tignan nyo yung username nya,  "mbs" My Body Salon.. haha..

sayan maniniwala na sana ko eh. i want feedback from other people, not from the clinic itself.

Hello there! I so love your post! hehe Tama ka! LAst year na realize ko I need to lose weight not just to be sexy but to be Healthy. I'm 21 years old and hindi na maganda ang nararamdaman ko. Kaya I really need to be Healthy!

My plan for this year is to lose weight! Buti na lang at may nakilala ako na iang katulad ko isa rin siyang Voluptuous hehe. Nag start na kami mag Gym kanina lang.

I posted this last December. And after the Christmas break, I gained 7 pounds. Yeah, 150 lbs na ko nung January. Kaya I'm super sad. I felt that there's no hope to lose weight. Pero sa dami ng taong nakilala kong pumayat, nagakaroon ako ng pag-asa. I even had a buddy. Her name is Christine din. Yung nag-post din above.  Kaya ayun, I started my diet.

Luckily, nasa dorm ako so my mom didn't know that I'm dieting. Blessing in diguise din yung PE ko that sem kasi Streetdance so talagang nakakapawis and two hours pa. Badminton kasi ang kinuha ko pero napunta ako sa Streetdance kaya naging blessing in disguise.  My diet consists of fruits and vegetables, whole wheat bread. Sometimes, I eat rice and fast foods kasi nasa dorm ako. Tinuloy-tuloy ko ang diet. May ups and downs din pero hindi ako sumuko kasi nakikita ko yung results. Now, I weigh 130 lbs. From being 150lbs last Jan 2011, 130 na lang this start of May. Dahil tapos na yung sem, wala na rin yung Streetdance na class. Pinalitan ko na lang ng 1 hr na Grind Video exercise.

wow sis, congrats! i think we're about the same age, the same height and the same problem. buti pa nga ikaw sis at na-solve mo yung problem kahit papaano  kasi naglose ka na ng 20lbs so mas malapit ka na sa goal mo. ako kasi i've been doing some exercises na for almost two years pero parang mantaining lang ng weight ang nangyayari kasi di ko sinasabayan ng diet. SWEETS are my weakness kaya di pa din ako namamayat.

ngayon, after-6 diet na lang ako tapos mwf ay naghip hop abs ako tapos day 3 ko na mamaya sa 30 day shred ni jillian michael. try ko din magdagdag ng one hour pilates or yoga per week. wish us luck at sana marating natin ang goal natin before we turn 18. :)
