my problem is I've installed wordpress in my computer and now I don't know what to do next. What am I going to do next after extracting the files?

You installed Wordpress in your computer? Not on your webhost?
Why did you install it in your computer? For blogging?

If for blogging, you should install Wordpress on your webhost. I haven't heard a stand alone Wordpress.

WordPress installed locally are used for tests, most especially by the DEVs, like Matt Mullenweg (president of wordpress), because, when installed locally, the respond is much much faster, than wasting bandwith and space on your host for a test.
