Anyway, I don't know of any short-term memory enhancers but I do know that eating food that's rich in omega 3 fatty acids is linked to the prevention of memory loss.

if efectiv... d ku din sure. pero my bacopa cia ung efectiv memory enhancer. my npanood aku dti sa rated k ung lolo umiinom nung bacopa capsule. ok nmn daw. d cia mkakalimutin at matalas p dn pagiicp n lolo.

I read sa isang book (food for you body ng reader's digest) na ginkgo biloba us good for the brain... di ba may ginkgo ang memo plus gold?.. umiinom ako ng memo plus kaya lang hindi super regular... minsan kasi hindi agad nakakabili... pero i got higher grades this year... junior hs ako incoming senior... sabi nila hardest year daw ang third year pero ok lan naman sa akin... di ko lang sure kung cause nga yun ng memo plus gold.. pero hindi naman nag-change ang stdy habits ko... try it kung effective nga...
