I miss doing Yoga.

The super relaxing feeling that you get while corpse/dead posing, after doing all the routines.... it's HEAVEN! haha. :)

its true that yoga does help you lose weight and tones your body. its also true that you relax your mind and also that it can be a bit tough at times but personally, I find it a little too slow... :)

strenuous ba ang yoga? I know you dont move alot in yoga but would it make you tired similar to aerobics or other cardio exercises?

hi sis. :) thanks for the links! i checked out almost all of these sites. nakakalito lang minsan. meron pa palang different kinds of yoga. which one?  :D sobrang complicated aralin lahat.

i'm thinking of enrolling na lang siguro. pano ba sched for yoga? kasi ako i don't exercise AT ALL. and i just realized that probably i need a work-out. i suck at most sports kasi. and yoga caught my eye.

so yeah. magulo ba tong sinulat ko? my questions are:

-which type of yoga?
-should i enroll in yoga manila?
-or should i buy DVDs instead?

madami talaga yung klase pero asa iyo yun kung anung trip mo. kasi yung class ko nun eh halo-halo yun. I suggest that you take a class first kasi yung mga nakita kong dvd di ganun kadetailed yung instruction kasi baka magkamali yung pagkatwist ng body mo or something. wala ako sa Pinas, so di ko alam kung saan.

Ewan ko. As far as I know hindi pero dahil yung iba ituturo nila or kasama sa book nila yung proper diet eh for sure nakakaloose ang weight.

di naman siya nakakapagod not unless nagpapastress ka sa mga poses. mahirap kasi sa simula pero di mo dapat pilitin. unti-unti magiging flexible ka.

di mo kailangan na flexible agad. habang tumatagal eh magiging flexible ka din. just be sure to do the exercises properly. what do you mean sequence? ibig mo bang sabihin eh mga poses? sasabihin naman nila kung beginners, intermediate or advance yun. usually kapag intermediate at advance eh mas matagal mong gagawin yung pose at medyo mas complicated pero syempre kapag matagal mo ng ginagawa yung yoga eh di na siya ganun kacomplicated.

Yoga can help you lose weight, but it's mostly for flexibility, toning up and destressing.

i took up yoga class. what's nice about it is that you can actually attend kahit few sessions lang and then after that you can do it on your own given that you know what you're doing.

it's really deceiving. akala ko dati pure relaxation tapos sobrang nakakapagod pala sya esp if you're not flexible. but this should not stop you from taking up yoga. it's all worth it.

detoxifying ang yoga. it feels great lalo na pag sweaty na yung buong katawan mo.

super encouraged sya ng women's health kaya i think i'll start doing it again. i just need a new mat. :)
