it tones your body and relaxes your mind... could get a little challenging sometimes though but the breathing helps you through it

I'm doing yoga. It's fun for me. However, some people find it boring and hard; so yeah.

Hi there! Yup I think you can do the poses by yourself by just following a book or better yet a dvd with full instructions of the hatha yoga poses.

To everyone interested in having yoga classes, I attend in UST Yoga Haribol...but the "teacher" said that there's a new yoga club location that's open for all--- sa may University Mall. I am not sure of their sched yet, but visit their place nalang. Good luck!

Hi sis! Nike has a really nice yoga mat with cool yoga mat bag (hehe), pero mahal  Cheaper mats sa Landmark, P300+ lang
