people! why do you always want to become so thin that you end up not eating all that you crave for??
disadvantages of not eating right:
1. it will not do good to your body if you lose all the nutrients your body needs..
2. your body parts may not function well if you do not eat..
3. malnutrition
4. microbacteria can enter your weakened body
5. you'll lose your energy
what is important is that you have a healthy body... being thin does not always mean that you are healthy... but being fat does not also.. so it is always best to become fit...
here are some ways..
1. eat right - make sure you take in carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, and a little fat.
--> carbohydrates - rice, potatoes, etc.
--> proteins - meat, fish, chicken, etc.
--> fiber - fruits and vegetables
--> fat - we all know this.. a little amount is good, because it helps you glow
2. do your exercise.
--> i mean YOUR exercise, because any exercise you like doing.. this way, you enjoy, and you stay healthy.
3. drink lots of fluids.
--> it is hot now, you sweat. fluids help make your skin clear..plus, it cleanses your body

4. take your sleep.
--> a person can live without eating for 3 days, but not without sleep.. sleep for at least 6-8 hours each night..
5. take multivitamins.
--> this will supply what you are not able to take in.. my professor told us that when you take multivitamins, drink it at night, so that when you wake up un the morning, all the unnecessary will be flushed out with your first pee in the morning..

well, this is the basic needs of human body..

i advice you not to stop eating sweets and junk foods, just lessen what you eat, in time, you'll learn to let go of those faves..
