Blog or Diary?

I used to be a diary writer.. from grade 6 - 4th year.
But now I am too tired SO I blog. But most of my blog posts are protected. Meaning, Im the only one who can read it - plus I can post pictures with it.

Blogs are a great way to keep in touch with friends and stay updated on current events, fashion, etcetera. However, for a truly cathartic experience, I still prefer journals/diaries.

It depends. But most of the time, I write in my journal (I prefer that term than diary) because I just like it and I can do it anytime, anywhere. I blog at times when I'm in the mood for typing.

i still write on my diary so after n years i still can scroll back to its pages and and still remember what exactly happened that day. i also express myself here, scribe how i am feeling and the things i want to share with just myself.
i blog when i want to share thought or ideas or anything.

I keep both diary & blog.

Diary kasi nandoon talaga ang lahat ng mga secrets ko. Blog din naman kasi I want to speak out too

hmm..It never really crossed my mind...but I'd take both...why? Same reasons..

BLOG:
-you get to rant on and on to people w/o being annoying, to say the least
-express views and opinions on matters...
-share your thoughts...
-pretty designs...
-fun widgets!

DIARY:
-for all my private thoughts and emotions
-you could doodle all you want!
-great to scan after...with all the crazy grammar and hand-writing ...

Blog if I have a lot to say, diary/journal...I dunno If I feel like it!

I got a beautiful diary/journal from my aunt last October, and I didn't want to waste the pages, so I stopped writing for a while and switched to blogging.

Now I've gotten used to blogging, I barely ever write in my diary/journal anymore!

I like to keep a diary, it's more private that way.  For my other thoughts, I  just post in forums.

i like both pero i'd go for diary. as much as i love typing and having people comment about the things going on in my head, some things are best kept private.
