don't worry..normal lang yan..
ako nga din eh..more than 30 strands pa nga..
pero pwede din dahil sa shampoo mo..
try ka ng ibang shampoo..

ako din eto problem ko. pantene hair fall control used to do the job for me. pero hindi na ko hiyang ngayon dun sa new formula.

Mga sis, minsan nasa shampoo yan, so sana you can try my earlier suggestion.  Yung Johnson's baby shampoo, mabango pa yan.  And then yung conditioner, kayo na ang bahala

sabi sakin ng doctor ko, kulang daw ako sa vitamins.., kaya yun.. nagtatake na ko ng vitamins and yun nga nalelessen na dn..

you have to eat healthy din and lots of vitamins..

stress can cause hair loss too.

take vitamins.. strengthening shampoos. avoid application of too much products i guess (wax, gels, hair sprays, serums) and avoid the relax / rebond of hair. i think it contributes so much to hair loss.

if u use flat irons and hair dryers everyday, use a heat protectant

mga sis lam nyo yung buy 1 take 1 sa watsons na natures garden coconut milk shampoo? effective sya sa una as in ilang strands to almost none ang makikita mong hairfall after maligo, pero after ilang wks or a month balik na ulit sa dati.

well,napanood ko dati sa tv weak ang hair habang basa pa ito.kya nagha-hairfall becuz' of combing it while wet.try to wait a couple of minutes bago mu sya suklayin.
