When destiny presents itself on your doorstep, will you let it in? Does love really conquer all?

After her boyfriend, Ralph, decided to end things between them, Wendy hastily asked the next guy she sees to be her escort on her debutante ball, Gerard, who was also mending a broken heart when he found out that his best friend and the love of his life, Pamela, is tying the knot. The star-crossed two eventually found out that her ex and his best friend will be married to each other.
