^ Usually those government agencies regarding the environment fall under Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) or Department of Science and Technology (DOST).

^ I think your teacher simply wants opinions from you. Nothing technical, except for your second question, which needs a scientific definition. The rest are hypothetical questions.

My ideas on it would be...

1. Solar power for Space travel because usually in the explorations of our solar system and other planets close to earth, it's more viable to use solar energy because it involves less pollution and technically speaking the Sun is that source of your power so that means it comes for a nearer power source when you're travelling in space... Mars is near the sun, so if you power your vehicle with solar energy, even if there is power failure in your equipment if you do use normal fuel then you have a back up power source which is the sun.

4. It makes sense in space because if it's on earth we only reach a fraction of the sun's energy, but if it were on space, you'd be getting more solar power because of it's proximity.

5. Yes it would make it more cost efficient because you will only spend a big amount for the initial expenses and installation of material, then in the long run solar energy and the equipment being used will serve its purpose more than the initial cost since solar energy is a renewable resource... less radiation, no fuel used, more environmentally friendly

^ Hmm, usually those appear in feature articles. I suggest you buy a Time Magazine or Reader's Digest. You can always pick out something that involves technology such as Genetic Manipulation/Eugenics/Cloning/GMOs and the likes... those are the 'in' ethical issues these days.
