Jeanne is pronunced as 'Jhan' or 'Zhan'. Something like that.
TWO.That was when he left.
Simon Estalia left me. Stickie Boy left me. :’( He’s been my seatmate, my friend, my bandmate, my close friend, my
shoulder. Shoot. Drama.
“We’re dead.” I turned to face Gino, who was now holding his guitar.
“Why?”“We don’t have a drummer.”
“And so? We don’t have any booked gigs this month.” I turned to faced Kaille, who was now ready to go.
“Yeah…” Kaille was now ready to leave, she was only fixing her hair.
“…but we’re competing next next month! We need a drummer, Jeanne.” He really put an emphasis at the word need.
“Whatever. Let’s not talk about it today Gino. I’m late for my-“ I looked at my watch. It was already 6:15, and I still needed to go to the shop to get my dress.
“-D@rn it! I’m late!”I got my bag, then waved ‘bye’ to Gino and Kaille.
“Later! Mwah!”XOXO
“I’ve been seated here for almost an hour you booger!”“I’m sorry my dear kulangot.” Then I pinched my brother’s cheeks. I went to the counter to fit my dress, but they were still ironing it.
I was inside
Jarris’ (
Ha-ris-s). A local, but classy, shop for dresses. My mom owns this store. She practically designs all of the outfits. Obviously she has her own team of designers, but she prefers to design the clothes herself.
“Come on, let’s go!” I looked at him, then I rolled my eyes at him.
“What?”“Aba nagtataka pa ang loko!” I lightly hit his arm with my bag.
“Kasi naman ‘tol, kahit anong suotin mo diyan, hindi bagay sayo!” Then, he massaged the spot where I hit him.
“Ilang beses ko ‘bang paulit-ulit na sasabihin sayo yun?”“You are a…” I looked for my phone inside my bag,
“…a retard.” I looked at the screen, which read

“You’ve been texting me for the past half hour.”“You weren’t replying to any of my messages you booger!”I faced my
BIG BRO Kyle, and was about to hit his arm with my bag, but the stupid sales clerk interrupted me.
“Ms. Cruz, here’s your dress.”“Thank you…” I looked at her nameplate,
“…Elisse.” After smiling at me, she left.
“Whoa, she’s hot.” I took another look at the sales clerk, she seemed nice. She had long eyelashes, straight black hair, but she had a huge nose.
“I’m telling Ate Faye.
” Then he snapped at me,
“Don’t you dare.”I laughed, then I took the dress inside the dressing room for fitting.
XOXO
“Sorry we’re late.” I sat at the empty chair beside my dad.
“That’s because she wa—Ouch!” I pinched my brother’s hand. Can’t he just shut up?
My mom looked at me,
“What?” “Nothing.” I smiled at mom, who looked confused.
It was another one of their ‘dinners’ which involved their clients, whom we didn’t know.
“So Mr. Cruz, the members of the board were thinking of—“ Blah. Blah. Blah. I don’t care. There were a lot of
DOM’s, I mean,
old men, around the one of the restaurant’s largest tables. They were talking about stocks, bonds, the works. But I didn’t care. My Dad owns this big company who’s in charge of the distribution of gadgets all over the different malls.
But
I hated his job. He wasn’t around the house often. It was either he was on a meeting, or he was on one of those business trips. AND, he didn’t give us the privilege of owning one of those classy gadgets. He wanted us to stay humble. Yeah, right. As if my friend’s didn’t know that Daddy operated those distributions.
My mom was, yeah sure, she was inside the house often. Inside her own room.

She has this room where she works on her designs, and she seldom goes out that room. Sheesh.
But don’t get me wrong, I love my parents very much. Even thought they have jam-packed meetings, or events, they still try to involve us in them. Sometimes, we still go out together.
My brother poked my arm.
“I’m hungry.”“Me too.” We stood up, excused ourselves, then we went to the buffet table.
“So…” he stood beside me, holding his plate.
“…how was Simon?”“He was okay.”
“You miss him, don’t you?” I looked at him, then he smiled.
“I sure do.”XOXO
I kept looking at my watch to check if I was late for my class, and fortunately, I wasn’t.
“Hi Jeanne!”
“Hey there!”
“Jeanne! Kamusta?”I just smiled at students who passed by me. Obviously, I knew a lot of people. Our band was pretty popular here, at the Academia. And it still is.

When I reached the second floor, the bell started to ring. People hurried to their rooms, but I still walked at a leisurely pace. As I reached the fourth floor, my floor, I grasped for air. I held on to the railings, and inhaled. Nakakapagod kayang maglakad.

But stupid me, insed of huffing for air, I loudly—
“BURP!”-ed.
O______O SHOOOOOOOT! LOKO!I looked at my right, and thankfully, nobody was there.
Whew.
“Haha—pft.” Who the—
OH NO.
I turned to look at the idiot who laughed at me, and it was none other than
Mr. Gian Dominic Coanco. He tried to look at another direction, while containing his laughter. I rolled my eyes at him, and gave him a pout, then I ran to the nearest room which door was open.
“Jeanne!”And to my surprise… The whole class was staring at me.
“Uhm, Ms. Cruz, what are you doing here?”I ran into the wrong classroom.
STUPID!“Uhm…” I looked at the whole room, and everyone was staring at me.
“…I, uhh, I—““I’m sorry Mr. Rodriguez. I played a prank at Ms. Cruz, and pushed her inside this room.”The room howled with laughter. Mr. Rodriguez eyed Dom sternly.
“Mr. Coanco, next time, please restrain from pushing people into other classrooms.”“Yes, sir. It won’t happen again.
” He smiled at the teacher, then he grasped my arm.
“Ouch!” I tried to pull away from him, but he still held on to my arm. We started walking, then when we reached the door of our classroom, he let go of me.
“What were you thinking?!” I just stared at the floor.
“Why did you go inside Section 1? In case you haven’t noticed, we belong to Section 2.”“I’m…” I looked at him, He's
hottt.
“…I’m sorry!”He held my chin close to his face.
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS FREAK DOING?!
We were just an inch apart. “Jeanne, you don’t have to cry.”“Why do you care?!” I shouted at him, then I pushed his arm away.
He looked at me suspiciously…
Wait.I’m crying?! O_O
“I’m crying?!!!”
I looked at him with curiosity. I tried to look inside my bag if I had a mirror with me. Dominic patted my shoulder, then walked inside the room laughing.
“Boy Jeanne, you’re weird.”
ang corny noh?
hahahahaha. :}
sana kahit korni, mapagtyatyagaan niyo. :p
paalala ko lang po, ang Lime Green, for all relatives.
