i drnk milk 1hr before going to slip.. insomniac din kc ako.. grabeh!!! hahaahah >:)

pero sabi nung kuya ko wag daw sa gabi.. dapat sa umga... may explanation churva siyang sinasabi before e.. sinbi daw ng isng R.N from U.S sakanila nung review nila.. hehe..

ewn ko. bsta ako nakaktulog ako ng mahimbng pag naggagatas ako sa gabi. :)

.ahaha,..ako parang ang effct ng gatas sakin kinabukasan na..ahaha...kahit ngdrink ako ng mga 10 pm mga 1 padin ako makakatulog..AZAR!!!.hirap maktulog..kahit isang milliong kambeng na nabilang ko hindi parin tumalab talab!!.ahaha :D :D :D..sabi kasi ng lola ko nun bata ako pagdi ako makatulog magbilang daw ako ng kambeng..ahahhaaha..lols :D :D :D :D

i have the same problem pinaka late ko na natulog is 6. i really cant sleep well. hndi ako alam kung bkt. i've tried to drink milk and everything pero wala pa ring effect.  ;D i also tried closing my eyes for a couple of minutes naging hours pa nga e. well wala pa ren.  ;D im an insomniac. hahaha. i dont like it now.  :P

ako din eh hirap ako sa pag sleep ng maaga. gusto ko mag sleep ng maaga and magising ng maaga din. usually i sleep at 1am or 2am na tapos i wake up mga 11am or 12noon na. super batugan lang diba? sa afternoon pa niyan aantukin uli ako so i sleep uli. pano kaya maiwasan antukin? im really desperate sa sleeping habits ko. pano kaya? help!

nako sis pareho tayo napupuyat ako sa kaka-internet..ngayon medyo nakakarecover na ko.
pagumaga kasi nakakatulog ako mga 9-11 tapos sa tanghali natutulog din ako para mabawi yung mga oras na kulang sa tulog ko.

drink hot choco or warm milk before going to bed.
avoid stimulating yourself too much an hour or 2 hours before going to bed, that means pahinga ka na, at least read a book or text nlng tapos nakahiga ka na.
open aircon, have a nice pair of PJ, nice bedsheet and bed spread para conducive sa sleeping.
do not stress your self too much during the day.

naku sis, yan din prob ko. pareho tayo! dati mga 12 lang ako nakakatulog, pero umabot ng 1, 2 at 3 kanonood ng BOF na dvd. haha. kaya ngayon, tinigil ko na. 1 na lang ang late kong tulog. minsan 2. hehe

ako pag sinusumpong ako ng insomia ko, binabasa ko yung mga quotes ko sa cp ko para antokin ako. hehe  ;D try mo lang.

nahihirapan din akong antukin pag gabi kasi ang dami dami kong naiisip tsaka naiimagine.. minsan ngbabasa din ako ng quotes bago matulog para antukin..kahit ipikit ko yung mga eyes ko inaabot ako ng mga 1 hour siguro bago ako makatulog eh nakakainis >:(

Sleepasil works if you take it only if necessary. I have sleeping problems like some of you and I don't want to drink warm milk at night anymore due to the additional calories I'm trying to avoid :)

^I tried this before. Herbal siya kaya hindi naman nakakatakot inumin. Naka-10 capsules ako after nun tumigil na ako and naging maayos naman. Naging ok body clock ko nun. Mga last 2 year na un. Pero ngayon nagiging insomniac na ulit ako. Parang gusto ko ulit magtake. ;D

mga sis.. ako naman, wala akong problem sa pagtulog sa gabi, 8 nga tulog na ako minsan e.. problem ko, nagigising ako ng madaling araw tapos hirap na hirap na akong makatulog ulit.. tapos sa hapon naman, kahit antok na ako hindi pa rin ako makatulog.. parang ang dami kong iniisip.. pano ba toh? ang gulo.. tapos hindi ako yung tipong mabilis makatulog.. lalo na sa byahe.. nu gagawin ko mga sis? huhu

Where do you buy sleepasil?

Ako kasi, sleeping is my problem right now. Nasanay ako nung vacation na 3-4am na yung tulog e 7:30 AM lahat ng class ko everyday so i need to sleep early but i really can't.
One time, humiga ako ng mga 10pm pero nakatulog na ako ng mga 2:30 ata. SUPER HASSLE.
