Sorry kung sobrang delay ang update ko pero meron na ulit. Namiss ko kasi ang story na ito.


Chapter 33

“What is the meaning of this? ”

Oh no Chris, I don't know what to say....

Dahil sa nagulat kami sa narinig, napalingon kami ni Kristine sa narinig. I saw my brother and Nicole, looking at us. Definitely they were shocked at what they saw.

Daniel’s POV

My head is literally spinning at what I saw. I don’t understand why Kristine’s tongue is on my brother’s mouth.

I pulled immediately my brother away from him. “Stop groping my brother!!!”

Napansin kong very disappointed si Nicole sa nakita niya.

Nicole’s POV

I’m so confused. I’m not sure how to react right now. I’m so speechless. I just bowed down at tumalikod ako sa kanila.

Napansin ko na lang na may nagsalita sa likod ko.

“Nicole… ”

I didn’t expect this face…



… it is Chris. “I’m so sorry…”

Somehow, I felt this horrible feeling with so much hatred.

Humarap ako sa kanya as if nothing happened. “Sorry? For what?”

Chris’ POV

I didn’t expect that she would say something like that. Her voice is colder than an ice. Of course, I was hurt on what she said, as if she doesn’t care about us.

“Yung nakita ninyo, wala yun.” I tried to explain it to her everything. Although, I don’t think she believed that. I can definitely tell by the way she look at me.

Daniel's POV

“What on earth are you doing here?!” I’m glaring at Kristine.

“What do you mean? I’m back for Chris.” She said it just like that.

I laughed sarcastically. “You know what, Chris has moved on with his life, wala ka ng babalikan dito…”

“I love Chris so dearly ” She said with full of emotions but I won’t buy that stupid crap.

Oh please?! If she says that one more time, I will strangle this devil para tigilan na niya ang kapatid ko

“I know I caused him a lot of trouble but I’m willing to make up for that…” She frowned but I know deep inside, it’s not real.

“Stop with the melodramatic scene. I’m too old for that!” I said firmly.

Chris' & Nicole's POV

“I know you’re mad at me.”

“Mad at you? I don’t have any reasons to feel that.” I tried to deny it although it hurts so much.

“You saw me kissing someone and I got no reaction from you It’s really hard for me to believe na wala kang katiting na galit na nararamdaman.” Somehow, I felt a little frustration. Who wouldn’t?!

It would be nice kung magselos ka ng konti

“Aha! So you like kissing her?!” Sabay tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

“No, that’s not what I meant… ”

“You know what, I‘ve had enough of your pathetic dramas Why don’t you join her instead and felt each other for God how long, I don’t even care!” Kulang na lang sumabog ako sa galit.

Nagulat kami ng may sumigaw. We saw my brother strangling Kristine.

“H….he…..hel…..help….” Kristine’s gasping for her breath.

“Stay away from my brother, you devil ”

Hinila ko agad si Daniel. Although I  hate that girl but I’m not that horrible person. Inilayo naman ni Chris si Kristine kay Daniel.

“Daniel, what are you doing?” I’m trying to calm him down.

“I’m going to kill that devil, she destroyed my brother!” Nagpupumiglas siya sa yakap ko.

“I told you to stay away ” I’m scolding at Kristine.

“I’m not going to go anywhere without you ”

“You’re delusional, Kristine ” She’s hugging me tightly.

Kadiri naman yun, she’s so desperate. I wouldn’t do something like that.

“Chris, stay away from her.” My brother is looking at me intently.

“That’s what I’m telling her.” Then I look at Nicole pero umiwas siya.

All of a sudden, may dumating, my mom.

“Anong kaguluhan ito?”

Lumapit si Kristine kay mommy. “Kamusta na po kayo, tita?” Lumambot ulit ang kanyang boses.

Biglang itinulak ni mommy si Kristine ng yayakapin ito. Nagulat kaming lahat.

“What do you think you’re doing, you wretched girl?!”

Kristine started to cry.

“Tita, hindi ko naman po sinasadya na saktan ang anak ninyo…”

Naawa ako kay Kristine. I mean, kahit ganun ako kalaki ang galit ko sa kanya dahil sa panggulo niya sa tahimik na buhay ni Chris. Gusto ko siya lapitan pero naghesitate ako. I don't think it will be a good decision.

“Stay away from my son if you know what's good for you ”

Mom walked away. “Umalis ka na kasi Kristine…” She's still crying.

“Fine, but I’ll be coming back for you, soon.”

“Don’t even bother ”

Kristine left.

After a couple of seconds, there’s this awkward silent moment between the three of us – Me, Chris, and Daniel.

“Maybe I should leave.” Sabay tumingin ang magkapatid sa akin.

“Why are you two looking at me like that ”

“You shouldn’t leave. Di ba may date tayo ”

Biglang nagflashback sa akin yung masasama kong plano para saktan ang magkapatid pero naisip ko na mali yun. Gusto kong gumanti pero parang hindi kaya ng kunsensiya ko na gawin yun.

“Nicole?” Daniel is waving at me.

“Huh? Yeah, we should go.”

When I looked at Chris, there’s this feeling na ewan ko. Parang hindi ko maintindihan.

“You go inside and don’t dare to look for that devil ” Si Daniel, pinapangaralan si Chris.

“Bakit ko naman siya hahanapin?” Then Chris looked at me again.

“Teka, saan ba kayo pupunta?” Pahabol ni Chris.

Kinabahan ako.

Biglang nagring ang cellphone ni Daniel.

After a couple of minutes, humarap sa akin si Daniel. “I’m really sorry, Nicole ”

“Sorry? Bakit? Sino ba yung tumawag?”

Inexplain sa akin ni Daniel na kailangan niyang puntahan yung photoshoot, importante kasi yun.

“Eh bakit ka nakasimangot diyan ” I’m trying to cheer him up.

“Kasi naman, this is our first date tapos napostponed pa ”

And I realized something, he’s right. This is our first date. Somehow, nakaramdam ako ng disappointment but hey, modeling is his passion, I can’t just protest. And FYI, hindi naman talaga kami.

"I have an idea."

Suddenly, nakaramdam ako ng sobrang kaba. Why do I get the feeling na may mangyayaring hindi maganda
