Babaero, Inc.

The premise of this story is basically… the story of several guys. And yes, they are babaero. Basically we see their day to day life. And we want to see if a guys is inherently a babaero because it is in the nature of guys to be so. Or is it something else, like it is an acquired behavior. Yung tipong hindi sila babaero but was exposed and therefore became. And then those who are not and why they are not.

It is an interesting way to tackle a story. It's on the planning stages. I am still trying to finalize my characters. I don't want to have too many. So I just want a few para we can make the story more interesting and stay within the premise.

What do you girls think ? Do you want to read a story about guys that are babaero. And find out how they cheat, lie, act, and steal a girl's heart. Or better yet, steal several girls heart at the same time. And how they sweet talk the girl. And how they try to avoid getting caught. It is a cool story right ? It should have its comedic moments.

Main characters:

Richard - main protagonist, good guy, pero yun nga babaero sya, is there hope for him na tumino ?
Candace - main protagonist, good girl, always finding the wrong guy, is there hope for her to find a matinong guy to make her happy ?
Midori - supporting role, girl with a mean streak, mejo crazy & psychotic, girlfriend ni Richard
Charlie - supporting role, best friend ni Richard, asawa ni Chrissy, lawyer pero gusto maging writer
Chrissy - supporting role, asawa ni Charlie, works sa office, hates Charlie's aspirations to be a writer
Jake - supporting role, best friend ni Richard at Charlie, magkababata silang tatlo, police si Jake at palaging may nightmares
Kelly  - One of Candace's friends. She's an aspiring singer and actress.

Trisha - on of the girls Richard is going out with
Britney - some girl Richard was going out with last year
Mark - ex boyfriend of Candace
Craig - ex boyfriend of Candace
Anna - one of Candace's best friends
Cindy - Jake's fiancee
Sharmaine - Midori's friend who seems to have a thing for Richard
Janet - some girl sa buhay ni Richard
Vibes - Anna's so-called "boyfriend"
Dave Tahid - some suitor of Candace, pero may girlfriend na iba
Ronnie - Britney's current boyfriend
Melissa - Richard's ex-girlfriend and former live-in partner
Victor - Melissa's off and on again fiancee
Anne - mother ni Richard
Junior - half-brother ni Richard at Nelson
Doreen - asawa ni Junior
Nelson - brother ni Richard
Lisa - asawa ni Nelson
Grace - half-sister ni Richard at Nelson
Jerry - stepfather ni Richard

Well depending sa klase ng guy ang pambabae rin. Yung approach ng isang guy na supremely confident with himself is different than a way a mahiyain guy approaches a girl. So I'm going to show that here in the story as well. Para we can see the contrast. Minsan naman kse may mga matitino rin ng guy naman. Yung tipong loyal. Pero linoko ng girlfriend. So after ng break-up nagalit sa mga babae. Ay yun ang mga motivation naman ng mga babaerong katulad non. The motivation of revenge on all girls dahil sinaktan sya ng girlfriend nya.

At marami pa. Yun nga ang parang problem ngayon. I have so many characters that are so colorful I can use here. Pero I don't want to have too many characters. Kse then the story will suffer. Pero ang daming klaseng babaero guys I can use.

Well tama nga ang napansin mo. Kse pag kalokohan parang mas mataas ang entertainment value and katatawahan. Also pag walang kalokohan baka maging boring yung tipong parang deflated yung story. Mawawala interest non pati ang writer. haha. Well yun nga lang marami kayong matututunan na mga cardinal rules among guys lang na hindi dapat i-share sa mga girls. Haha. Mabuti na lang halos walang guys nagbabasa dito. Thanks for the comment.

Thanks for the comment. I'll keep your suggestion in miund. Actually I was planning on separating their stories...sort of anthology style of writing with the central theme being babaero.

Thanks for the comment Lyka. No probs it's my pleasure reading it. As for broken hearts, that's a part of life. Sort of a learning experience. Well I'm just finalizing the characters and the story should be up and going soon.

Thanks for the positive remarks. This is going to be a cool story. I mean the title has it. The premise is there. Pero gusto ko lang magkaroon din ng story. Parang may susubaybayan diba. Aside from the babaero guys gusto ko meron isang magiging matino ang maging one-woman guy...kung mangyayari lang yun ha. Pero I want to add a twist yung magandang problema...para doon sa titino na guy. Haha.

Thanks for the comment Lissy. I am still doing some outlines on what direction I want to take this story. Kse parang it can just be about the babaero guys going through their motion lang. It can get boring after a while. So I just want to see at least kung meron anong klaseng storyline to add to it.
