Maraming reason bakit nakakalimutan mo agad yung mga bagay. Pwede mong makalimutan kasi you're not paying attention, you misattribute your memory in wrong context at marami pang iba. Maybe di mo naman talaga kailangan magtake ng gamot or something. Just try to pay more attention and/or have enough rest and sleep.

Yup. Kase it contains gingko biloba which is contraindicated to some diseases.

What happened to me was nastimulate yun mind ko. Yun lang. Gingko biloba kase is a "brain stimulator". It's used a treatment for Alzheimer's disease kase.

Yun effectivity, it can also be brought by placebo effect. If you believe in the drug, it can help you but syempre you also have to help yourself in order to pass. You know what I mean.

Gingko biloba doesn't really store the information you need to memorize. Gets? It only stimulates your brain for focus and concentration.

It's available in the drug stores.

I take memo plus gold 3x a day after meals. It produces serotonin which induce sleep like other food supplements so it's natural to feel sleepy. This food supplement only helps our brain to stimulate neurotransmitters for better memory.

So don't depend on it. Saka all medications ang effectiveness is gradual, wala pong instant.
