Never ko pa tong nasubukan. Pero parang gustong-gusto ko to gawin ngayon.
Pano ba naman, napakaraming problema. Ang dami dami kong nasasaktan.
Ang gulo gulo ng love life ko. Araw araw wala nakong inisip kundi paano ako walang masasaktan. Parang ang sarap talagang mamatay nalang. Para mawala na lahat ng problemang to. Lalo na pag yung mga taong importante sayo, at pinahahalagahan mo, hinuhusgahan ka at sinasabihan ka ng kung ano-ano.

Ang sarap maglaslas pero...
1) masakit ito
2) kawawa ang magulang mo na iiyak sa pagkamatay mo
3) wala naman atang namamatay sa paglalaslas

i have to admit that i did it a number of times before..
reason: PROBLEMS
why: personally, for me it was a way to escape the pain.. kasi para saken parang its easier to feel physical pain rather than the emotional pain inside.. its like whenever i used to have problems, id hurt myself to divert the attention to the physical wound.. pero it was never my intention to kill myself, i just wanted to feel physical pain.. that's all..

and now, hindi ko na sya ginagawa kasi parang no point its like ur running away from your problems in a way instead of facing them..

naku mga sis wag nyo na itry, meron po nama2tay sa pagla2slas...kpg xmpre diba nasa room ka at desidido ka magpakamaty..cno ba maka2alm at maka2rinig sau?kpg marming dugo ang nawala sau at ndi ka kaagd nadala sa hospital cgurado patay ka  kht my problema kau,,wag nyo idaan sa paglalaslas o pagpapakamatay kc my nabasa ako na  tagalog book .. about life..and k God..at ang sabi kpg natuluyan k sa pagpa2kamatay Never ka maka2punta sa heaven....because its a sin to kill your self

sis sana you won't try it ulit kasi its not worth it.. i've been through it and there was even one time na my dad saw me cutting myself and when i saw him very very shocked and panicked and crying because of what i did, i realized yung effect nung ginawa ko sa kanya.. and i don't think any parent deserves that..

don't give up on your life.. its very precious and there so much more to it than problems that you have today.. remember that God doesn't give us any obstacles that we cannot overcome.. okay?

I did it once because I was so mad and sad but I don't know how to express it. And I must admit, the relief one feels when your attention goes to the feeling of the pain caused by a blade rather than your personal ache is so accommodating...

I know people who used to do it too; family problems are the most common roots. It was my issue too.

i dont get why people do this. i mean hndi pa lalo lang mdadgdagan ang problem mo kasi masakit siya and ang hirap pag maliligo ka or even pag susulat ka. kasi syempre pag may sugat sa kamay. masakit. kea eun

but may kilala ako nag gaganito. and sinusulat niya pa  nung name ng love niya na binasted siya. parang. huh!? para san yan? remmbrance na binasted ka niya?

Ako din nung August last year, I tried to do it kasi yung seatmate ko, may dalang blade and naglalaslas kaya I borrowed it to try naman.
Since then, pag wala akong magawa, naglalaslas ako, I have a total of 103 cuts in my body. Most are already healed and hindi na halata. Pero panget padin siya talaga tingnan.
I stopped it muna, siguro for about 4 months, di ako naglaslas, pero I don't know, this March ang last ko.
And up until now, di ko padin alam kung bakit ko talaga yun ginawa.Kasi when they ask, ang answer ko is "wala lang". I don't know if that's reasonable enough

I tried this before because I was angry at my parents ... but it didn't last long .. it was 3 days

may kaklase ako nnung 4th year, last day na ng klase, so clearance signing nalang..

nakikipagbreak yung Bf nya sa kanya, kaya ayun, nagtago sa CR tapos naglaslas buti yung friend nya nakita sya.. hay, love nga naman,.
