effective papayat ka talaga coz mawawalan ka ng appetite.

marami nga na nagsasabi na effective. ang dami nagbebenta nito e. alam nyo ba kung ano tlg ang fake?  sabi ung metal coin daw orig at yung heart seal ang fake. pero some say otherwise. naguguluhan tuloi me.

the first time i tried this kasi yung heart seal ang gamit ko.
mga 3 caps lang trinay ko.
hindi effective.

after ilang months yung metal coin seal ang trinay ko.
yun yung gumana.
hindi ako nagsukat ng weight eh.
pero visible yung pag loose weight ko.
napansin agad ng mga tao dito sa house and lumuwag pants ko.

hehe! d ngiiba ung color ng akin. huhuhu! 

Nakakatawa, mabigat talaga ako (taba-in!)...nag diet ako before (no rice!) and that was really effective for me. But nung nag vegetarian nako, binalik ko rice para lumakas. Tumaba na uli ako (but not much-much, unlike nung high school at kid pa ko)...
And then my friend used Zhen, recommended samin, and though I am not really into pills dahil takot ako--I tried it.
From 13*, 12* na ko ngayon, and I eat rice nadin uli (stressed out kasi palagi, ahahah!).

Oh, yung first ko, pabili lang kasi, P150. Effective at "orig" daw kasi. But nung ako na bumili sa Quiapo (p80 lang!), di na gano effective, but may effect padin. I discovered sa mall tuloy that may orig at mild na zhen pala--yung orig sa mall P250 e, yung mild (siguro eto yung P80 sa quiapo) p150 sa mall.

I tried this one and I stopped before I even finished the box. I had bad side effects eh. Hassle talaga.

- palpitations
- dizziness
- lost of appetite (this isn't bad and it is actually the point, pero sobrang lala na niya that I literally forced myself to eat something, kahit konti pero nakakasuka parin ung feeling)
- nanghihina

But it is effective. May 10 days na promise sila na gagana and it did happen for me yung 6 days. Sobrang nawala ung extra flabs ko sa tummy. Pero I couldn't take it anymore. I had P.E. class before and I couldn't even run for a long time coz my heart is beating so fast!

I got mine at Glorietta for 300. Siguro eto yung strong pill.

I went to P.I for my summer vacation last May to July.
While I was at SM Clark (in pampanga) I passed by
at a herbal store and ask the lady what's the effective
Diet pills they have.  She told me to take Zhen de Shou.
Well, i took it and after like 7 days of taking it
I got soooo sick. Sooo sick that I can't even stand...
because of the pain it caused me in my stomach.
I also had fever for 2 days. I was in bed like for
3 days. Oh well, I really got thin. From size
7, I dropped like 4 sizes. Im now size 3.
I weight 121 lbs before, now I only weight 105 lbs.

All of my friends here in Vegas even my boss thought that I undergo
under-the-knife like liposuction in P.I.
I told them NO, i just don't feel like eating and
Im on a HEAVY DIET that's why...

It's really effective just be sure you are taking
the ORIGINAL one. 

actually, I sent my aunt in P.I some money 2 days ago.
I told her to buy me zhen de shou and
send it here in US....
can't wait for my pills
