AM Gluta 500mg + Vit C 1000mg
PM Gluta 500mg + Vit C 1000mg

Tapos take ako GSE na Power V 500mg, babawasan ko pa ba yung Vit C intake ko sa night or ganun pa din?  Thanks po sa sasagot.

ok na yan sis,ako kasi 500mg of GSE everyday,tas ang vitamin ko 3000mg kasi 3x ako umiinom ng kirkland on a daily basis..ok na yan,mas maganda inumin ang GSE bago matulog :)
